Day 1 - Welcome to Arizona! Following our meeting at the airport, we'll transfer you to one of the most beautiful and historical guest ranches in Arizona, the Hacienda del Sol! Relax with an afternoon spa session or go for a short spin along the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mtns. This evening, we'll enjoy a "Welcome Cocktail and Dinner" under the stars!

Day 2 - Saguaro Nat'l Park and Mount Lemmon Ride / Sabino Canyon Hike. We'll warm-up with a ride through the Saguaro Nat'l Park where huge cacti line the route. Afterwards, climb as much as you want up the slopes of Mount Lemmon. Biologically speaking, it's the equivalent of driving from the deserts of Mexico to the forests of Canada! Other options include hiking through the red rocks of Sabino Canyon and getting a massage. Celebrate the day with our group dinner this evening at the Hacienda del Sol's award-winning restaurant.

Day 3 - Tucson to Sasabe. Following breakfast, our ride will take us over Gate's Pass and into the Saguaro National Park West where we'll continue riding through the canyons and hills. Following our ride, we'll visit the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, home to over 300 animals and 1200 species of plants! Later this afternoon, we'll transfer to Rancho de la Osa, an 18th Century Spanish Hacienda in the secluded countryside where you can enjoy a drink in the oldest building in the State of Arizona, the "Old Adobe" cantina.

Day 4 - Altar Valley Loop / Horseback Riding. Today is loaded with options! Go for a ride through the Altar Valley, enjoy a guided hike, or choose to "saddle up" on a wrangler-led horseback ride through the Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge. Even if you've never been on a horse, they have horses who are trained for novices. Relax this afternoon in the spa, at the Cantina, or in the pool before watching the sunset from the chairs of our hacienda before another delicious group dinner.

Day 5 - Sasabe to Mount Whipple. Begin the day with a easy rollout through the grasslands and ranchlands of southern Arizona that looks more like Montana than the Southwest. Following a picnic lunch on the route, we'll continue past grazing longhorns to the optional finishing climb of the day, Mount Whipple! Afterwards, we'll check-in to the Tubac Golf and Spa Resort, a National Historic Landmark Hotel. Tonight, we'll celebrate the day with our "Farewell Dinner" at the resort.

Day 6 - Arizona Wine Country Ride / Afternoon Transfers. Our final day's ride will be through Arizona's Wine Country, one of the best kept secrets in the United States, where the roads, scenery, and wine will surprise you! Following the completion of your tour, we'll transfer you to our airport hotel where we will repack bicycles for late-afternoon transfers to Tucson Int'l Airport. All flights home need to be later than 6 pm departure please. Thanks!
