Arrival Information: We will meet you at our designated Charlotte airport hotel at 9 am on Day 1. Following introductions, we will depart the hotel at 10:00 am with you, your luggage and built-up bike for Georgia. If you need to arrive a day sooner to meet this deadline (highly recommended), please let us know as we have a group block at the hotel. Thanks!

Departure Information: Your departure home will also be out of Charlotte International Airport. All flight departures on the final day should be after 6 pm. In addition, you can choose to stay an optional extra night at our airport hotel as we have a group block of rooms for our guests.
