Velo Echappe' International
Sports and Cervelo Bicycles reached an exclusive agreement today
where Cervelo Bicycles will provide rental bicycles to Velo Echappe's
guests for France's Pro Tour in July 2010! Now, each Velo Echappe
guest will have the option to leave their bike at home and have
a Cervelo pro-level bike waiting for them upon their arrival in
France. The two Velo Echappe' cycling vacations where Cervelo will
be providing their world-class bicycles are the following:
- France's Pro Tour - Alps
(July 9-15). This exciting cycling vacation features
two nights of 4-star accommodations in the "Stage 8 Finish
Village" of Avoriaz plus additional night stays in Les Saisies
and Alpe d'Huez. Velo Echappe' guests will have the opportunity
to ride their Cervelo's on the official race routes over the Col
de Ramaz, the ascent to Avoriaz, the Col des Aravis, and the Col
des Saisies. Finally, on Bastille Day, our guests will challenge
themselves on two of the most legendary, "beyond category"
climbs in the French Alps, the Col de Galibier and L'Alpe d'Huez!
- France's
Pro Tour - Pyrenees to Paris (July 19-26). Be front
row-and-center for the final week of France's Pro Tour as we follow
the action from the High Pyrenees all the way to Paris! Velo Echappe
guests will enjoy staying right on the official race routes in
3-star and 4-star accommodations in Luz St. Sauveur, Margaux,
and Paris while riding their Cervelo's over such historical climbs
as the Col du Tourmalet, Luz Ardiden, and the Col d'Aubisque.
In addition, our guests will witness the final time trial right
outside their hotel in the world-famous Chateau Margaux vineyard's
in Bordeaux before taking the high-speed TGV train to Paris to
watch the climatic finale live on the Champs-Elysees!
