Arrival Information: Your point-of-arrival will be Glacier Park International Airport in Kalispell, Montana. You can fly here direct from the following cities: Seattle, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Denver, Twin Cities, Chicago and Atlanta. You should plan on arriving one day early (if possible) to get organized, rested up, and have time to wait for any delayed baggage. We will provide you with a meeting time upon confirmation of reservation.

Departure Information: Your point-of-departure will be Boise Airport in Boise, Idaho. We will depart at 10:30 am from Sun Valley following the final day of the trip for the 3 hour trip to Boise. Thus, the earliest you should make your departure plans would be 4:00 pm. There is also the option to fly out of Hailey, Idaho but please be aware that only commuter jets fly out of this airport.
