Make your plans today to join us for the final climatic week of the 2018 TDF where you will witness all of the dramatic racing for the Yellow Jersey from the legendary roads of the Pyrenees to final climatic sprint in Paris! Along the way, you'll feel the presence of past Tour greats like Anquetil, Merckx, Hinault, Lemond, and Indurain as you ride such historical "beyond category" climbs like the Tourmalet, Luz-Ardiden, and the Aubisque.
Along the way, you'll be guided by an international bi-lingual staff that has decades of experience and who know how to navigate around the Tour. In addition, you can look forward to relaxing in the charming village of Luz St. Sauveur during your stay in the Pyrenees before taking the TGV high-speed train to Paris for the final weekend where you will enjoy the final stage from our VIP Suite! July 24 - Welcome to France!
Following your arrival into Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, we will transfer you to the charming village of Luz St Sauveur (2.5 hr drive). Following check-in for the night four nights at our three-star hotel, assemble your bike with the assistance of our professional mechanics before our "Welcome Meeting and Dinner" this evening!
July 25 - Pyrenees National Park / Luz Ardiden.
Begin your day with breakfast and a cappuccino before climbing into the Pyrenees National Park where we will ride to the Cirque de Gavarnie (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) before ascending the Pic de Tentes. Afterwards, reward yourself with a swift descent before challenging yourself on our favorite Tour climb in the region, the serpentine Luz Ardiden! This evening, we'll enjoy a group dinner to fuel up for tomorrow.
July 26- Col du Tourmalet.
Today can only be described as epic as you ride the mythical Col du Tourmalet on our route that Bill Strickland, the former Executive Editor of Bicycling Magazine, described as "one of the top 5 rides of my life!" Group dinner this evening.
July 27 - Col de Soulor and Col d'Aubisque / TDF Stage 19.
From the very beginning today, you will be cycling on the "Official Race Route" of Stage 19! Ride as much or as little as you like through welcoming French villages as you ride through the Pyrenean countryside before climbing the Col de Soulor and the "beyond category" Col d'Aubisque! Following lunch, get ready for all the craziness of the Race Caravan before cheering on the Yellow Jersey and the peloton as they race towards Laruns. This evening, we'll celebrate your day at the Tour with a festive group dinner.
July 28 - Transfer to Paris / TDF Stage 20
Following an early breakfast, we will transfer to Paris via the TGV High-Speed Train. This afternoon, following check-in at your respective hotel in the center of Paris, watch the Stage 20 Time Trial live on TV before exploring Paris this evening!
July 29 - VIP TDF Stage 21!
Enjoy breakfast in Paris before enjoying a free morning exploring the Left Bank, the Tuileries Gardens, or the Louvre. This afternoon, we'll enter our VIP Viewing Suite where we will welcome the Yellow Jersey and the TDF home to Paris! After the climatic final sprint, enjoy the final Jersey Presentation on the Place de la Concorde. This evening, celebrate your adventure at the TDF with dinner on your own in Paris!
July 30 - Transfer Day.
Following breakfast, we'll transfer you to Charles de Gaulle International Airport for your return flight home or extend your stay in Paris for a few extra days.
