To begin the reservation process, please complete the following form for the Velo Echappe Tour(s) of your choice. If you would like to notify us ahead of time of your intent to participate in a tour or tours, please let us know in one of the following ways:

Submit Form: Fill in this form, send it electronically, and then send in your $1,000 deposit to our Omaha, Nebraska address noted below or arrange to pay your deposit by either Visa or Mastercard.

Print/Mail/Fax: Please print off this form, fill in all spaces, and mail it into our Omaha, Nebraska address noted below or fax it to our office at: 402-558-0599.

Your phone call, online submittal, email, or mailing will temporarily reserve you a spot on the program(s) of your choice if space is still available. All programs are first-come, first-serve. Thus, if you want to make sure your spot is finalized, please send in your deposits as soon as you know you are going.

Please note that your reservation is not complete until your deposit has been paid and you have received a confirmation letter from Velo Echappe International Sports. Please send a check or money order to the address noted below with a copy of this form. We accept Visa or Mastercard for your deposit payments only. All reservations are considered final when the program has been paid in full. All final payments are due 120 days before the beginning of each tour unless otherwise specified. If, for any reason, you are not able to complete this form, please notify us and we will send one out to you. Thanks in advance and we look forward to meeting you soon.
