Day 1 - Welcome to California Wine Country!
We will meet you at 10:00 am at the San Francisco Intl Airport Westin Hotel and transfer you up to Sonoma County and the Farmhouse Inn. Following our arrival, we'll enjoy a picnic lunch before riding through the vineyards of the Russian River Valley to the Pacific Coast. Upon our return, following check-in, relax in the Farmhouse Spa before a private VIP wine tasting on the premises from one of the Inn's preferred vineyards. Afterwards, we'll enjoy a festive "Welcome Dinner" in nearby Healdsburg. (Mileage: 25 miles)
Day 2 - Healdsburg and the Dry Creek Valley.
Enjoy a relaxing breakfast at the Inn before rolling out on quiet back roads that meander through the local vineyards as we make our way to the Dry Creek Valley. Our route for today features flatter to rolling roads that wind through the award-winning wine estates of northern Sonoma County. Following lunch in Cloverdale, we'll visit two of the Inn's Winery Partners, Lambert Bridge and Macrostie, as we ride back to the Inn. This evening, enjoy exploring the local restaurants in Forestville for dinner on your own. (Mileage: 20 - 70 miles)
Day 3 - Redwoods, Vineyards and the Sonoma Coast!
Following breakfast, get ready for an unforgettable ride that will take your breath away as you cycle through world-famous wineries and towering redwood forests before challenging yourself on the infamous King's Ridge Road (featured in past editions of the Coors Classic and the Amgen Tour of California) where we'll refuel with a picnic lunch at the summit. Afterwards, reward yourself with a swift descent before enjoying the sublime beauty and serpentine roads of the Sonoma Coast! This evening, we'll conclude the day with a private group dinner at the Michelin-rated Farmhouse Inn Restaurant! (Mileage: 15 - 65 miles)
Day 4 - Sebastopol and The Bohemian Highway / Transfer to San Francisco.
Savor your final morning in Sonoma County with a relaxing loop ride featuring the Bohemian Highway and the world-class wineries around Sebastopol where we'll stop for a wine tasting at one of the Inn's Winery Partners. Following check-out at 12 noon, get lunch in Forestville before transferring to San Francisco this afternoon at 1 pm. (Mileage: 15 - 25 miles)
