Day One - Welcome to Spain and the Costa Brava!
Following your arrival into Barcelona, we will transfer you to the fishing village of Cadaques and our luxury villa. Relax with a prepared lunch overlooking the Mediterranean from the deck while our mechanics build up your bike for you. Later this afternoon, we'll go on a short spin along the Costa Brava coast before our "Welcome Dinner" this evening that will be prepared by our private chef and feature a Catalonian theme!
Day Two - Costa Brava Ride.
Enjoy breakfast on the deck overlooking the Med before enjoying a fun ride on the roller coaster roads of the Costa Brava as we ride to such beautiful villages as Palafrugell, Palamos, and S'Agaro while seeking out the best beaches and coves along the way! This afternoon, walk into the best village of them all, Cadaques, and explore the Salvador Dali Home before enjoying some sangria overlooking the harbor. This evening, we'll have a private wine tasting party at our villa before dinner.
Day Three - Girona Discovery.
Today's route will take us along the Costa Brava coastline before turning inland as we ride to the colorful town of Girona! Having served as a base of operations for a generation of American and English cyclists since 2001, this town is full of cycling history! Following lunch, we will return to Cadaques through the Catalonian countryside before the final descent into town. This evening, our private chef will prepare another gastronomic delight for us at the villa!
Day Four - Catalonia and Pyrenees Discovery.
Our route for today will take us inland as we discover some of the best roads and medieval villages of Catalonia like Besalu, Santa Pau, Ripoll and Castellfullit de la Roca before climbing into the foothills of the Pyrenees. Tonight, enjoy some tapas and Spanish wine in Cadaques as we explore the local establishments for dinner.
Day Five - Tossa / Lloret de Mar Ride.
The destination for today are the beaches at Tossa / Lloret de Mar, the major playground on the Costa Brava, though it should be much quieter today as the summer is over. Following lunch in town overlooking the Med, we'll return on Catalan backroads to the villa. This evening, our private chef will prepare a special Catalan "Farewell Dinner!"
Day 6 - Figueres and Dali / Transfer to Barcelona.
Our final spin will take us to the village of Figueres where we'll visit the Dali Museum. Following the conclusion of our ride, we'll enjoy a final lunch at the villa before transferring you to the Barcelona AIrport for your return flight home or stay in this colorful city for a few days on your own!

Day 1- Welcome to Provence and our Villa! / Wine Road Ride
Following your arrival at the Avignon TGV Train Station, we'll meet you and transfer you to our luxury villa outside Vaison-le-Romaine where you'll settle in for the week with a picnic lunch overlooking the peool and the surrounding countryside while our mechanics help you build up your bike. Afterwards, we'll enjoy our first ride in the Provence as we ride to some of France's most beautiful villages like Seguret, Gigondas, and Rasteau before enjoying dinner prepared by our private chef at the villa!
Day 2 - Grignan / Poet-Laval Ride.
Following breakfast, we'll depart on a guided ride to some of our favorite villages nestled in the nearby vineyards such as Visan, Grignan, and Poet-Laval where we'll stop for lunch at a local cafe' in town. Upon our return, relax in the pool and get a massage (own expense) before venturing into nearby Vaison-le-Romanie for dinner.
Day 3 - Mont Ventoux Ride w/options.
Choose to ride as much or as little as you like today on an unforgettable tour on some of Provence's most beautiful roads before challenging yourself on the slopes of the "Giant of Provence," Mont Ventoux! This evening, we'll celebrate your day with a group dinner!
Day 4 - St. Paul Trois Chateaux and the Dentelles de Montmirail.
Enjoy a morning swim or yoga before breakfast. Afterwards, we'll explore some of the truly authentic villages to the west of us such as St. Paul Trois Chateaux, Rochegude, Sainte Cecile des Vignes and others before riding the famed Dentelles de Montmirail! This evening, our private chef will prepare a homemade dinner with ingredients from the region plus some award-winning wines from the nearby vineyards!
Day 5 - Buis-les-Baronnies and Sault.
Of all the rides this week, this one is perhaps our favorite because it takes you far of the beaten path into a part of Provence few Americans ever see. We'll begin with a visit to the beautiful village of Pierrelongue and Buis-les-Baronnies before riding on a network of quiet roads to the hilltop village of Sault! Following our return to the villa this afternoon, relax as you wish before a festive group dinner at the villa this evening to celebrate the week!
Day 6 - Nyons Morning Spin / Afternoon Transfer to Avignon.
Our final spin together will take us to the colorful villages of Nyons and Mirabel-aux-Baronnies before returning the villa for lunch. Afterwards, we'll transfer you to the Avignon TGV Station where you can get a train to Lyon, Nice, Paris, Toulouse, or Geneva.

Day 1 - Welcome to California Wine Country!
We will meet you at 10:00 am at the San Francisco Intl Airport Westin Hotel and transfer you up to Sonoma County and the Farmhouse Inn. Following our arrival, we'll enjoy a picnic lunch before riding through the vineyards of the Russian River Valley to the Pacific Coast. Upon our return, following check-in, relax in the Farmhouse Spa before a private VIP wine tasting on the premises from one of the Inn's preferred vineyards. Afterwards, we'll enjoy a festive "Welcome Dinner" in nearby Healdsburg. (Mileage: 25 miles)
Day 2 - Healdsburg and the Dry Creek Valley.
Enjoy a relaxing breakfast at the Inn before rolling out on quiet back roads that meander through the local vineyards as we make our way to the Dry Creek Valley. Our route for today features flatter to rolling roads that wind through the award-winning wine estates of northern Sonoma County. Following lunch in Cloverdale, we'll visit two of the Inn's Winery Partners, Lambert Bridge and Macrostie, as we ride back to the Inn. Day 3 - Redwoods, Vineyards and the Sonoma Coast!
Following breakfast, get ready for an unforgettable ride that will take your breath away as you cycle through world-famous wineries and towering redwood forests before challenging yourself on the infamous King's Ridge Road (featured in past editions of the Coors Classic and the Amgen Tour of California) where we'll refuel with a picnic lunch at the summit. Afterwards, reward yourself with a swift descent before enjoying the sublime beauty and serpentine roads of the Sonoma Coast! Day 4 - Sebastopol and The Bohemian Highway / Transfer to San Francisco.

Day 2 - St. George to Sandpoint.
Your adventure will begin today amidst the red rocks of St. George as we head to Sandpoint at the entrance of Zion National Park via the stunning Kolob Terrace Road.
Day 3 - Sandpoint to Bryce / National Park Heaven!
Enjoy breakfast overlooking the red rock formations of Zion National Park before soaking up an entire day of cycling through some of the most iconic vistas in the American Southwest! You'll begin with Zion and finish at Bryce National Park. This evening, finish off your perfect day with our festive group dinner.
Day 4 - Bryce to Boulder via Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument.
Prepare yourself for some of the most geologically diverse and magnificent scenery you could ever imagine as we cycle from Bryce to Boulder via the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument on Utah's famed Highway 12. The rock formations, canyons and vistas will leave you in awe as you climb to our luxury hotel, the Boulder Mountain Lodge, where we will check-in for the next two nights and enjoy a group dinner together.
Day 5 - Burr Trail and Capital Reef National Park.
Enjoy an unforgettable day in the saddle as you ride a combination of paved and dirt roads on the Burr Trail as it winds through numerous canyons and gulchs and features some of the most jaw-dropping switchbacks you've ever ridden! Following an unforgettable day of cycling, we'll enjoy another wonderful group dinner at the Boulder Mountain Lodge.
Day 6 - Boulder to Cedar City / Cedar Breaks National Monument.
Following breakfast and a short transfer, you will ride through the Dixie National Forest before discovering Cedar Breaks National Monument! At over 10,000 feet, the native North Americans called it the "Circle of Painted Cliffs" as it descends down into a half-mile deep geologic amphitheater. This evening, we'll check-in for one night at our hotel in Cedar City before our "Farewell Group Dinner" in town.
Day 7 - Cedar City to St. George.
Our route for today will have you feeling like you are riding through the scenes of an old Western movie as we pedal through landscapes that range from national forest to desert to red mountains ablaze with the sunlight. Choose to stay in St. George this evening at your own expense or return to Las Vegas.

Enjoy a hearty Swiss breakfast before departing to beautiful Lake Lucerne and the five-star Villa Honegg! Set on top of an unbelievable scenic overlook, the Villa is one of the finest hotels in Switzerland and features one of the most photographed infinity pools in the world! Our ride will depart and finish at the Villa and will feature a rolling ride around the shores of Lake Lucerne before the final climb up to the hotel. This evening, we'll enjoy a group dinner overlooking the postcard panorama below! Simply stunning!
September 18 - Engelberg Loop with option for the Acherli Pass.
Enjoy breakfast overlooking the Swiss Alps and Lake Lucerne before enjoying a fun-filled day of cycling to the village of Engelberg. Following lunch in town amidst the pristine peaks, choose the option to ride the hidden Acherli Pass or return to the hotel where you can relax in the infinity pool or rewind with a spa session. This evening, we'll explore the nearby restaurants for dinner on your own.
September 19 - Burgenstock to Lauterbrunnen / Grosse Scheidegg Loop.
Following breakfast, we will transfer from one alpine paradise to another! Our destination this morning is the postcard village of Lauterbrunnen, nestled in the "Valley of the Waterfalls" in the shadow of the north face of the Eiger! Following our arrival, we'll enjoy a great warm-up along the shores of Brienzer Lake before the tackling the climb up the breathtaking road of the Grosse Scheidegg! After savoring the views on the summit, enjoy the descent down into Grindelwald before reaching our hotel. This evening, we'll take the cable car up to the village of Murren for our group dinner amidst the peaks!
September 20 - Schilthorn and James Bond 007 / Eiger Hiking Trail / Lauterbrunnen Waterfalls Valley.
There are some places in the Bernese Oberland that are better discovered on foot so today we will be hiking and enjoying the Swiss cablecars! We'll begin our day with an early trip to the Schiltorn Restaurant where the James Bond film "In Her Majesty's Secret Service" was filmed and where we will enjoy a view on top of the world along with the 007 Exhibit! Afterwards, we'll spend the day discovering the spectacular vistas of the Eiger Hiking Trail and over 80 of the waterfalls in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. Truly a magical day!
September 21 - Lauterbrunnen to Adelboden.
Enjoy breakfast in Lauterbrunnen before enjoying a fun-filled ride through Interlaken and then around the shores of Thune Lake with its breathtaking panoramas of the Alps. Afterwards, you'll feel the spirit of the Tour de Suisse as you climb up to the village of Adelboden and our featured hotel, the four-star Cambrian! Stop at the hotel or continue to the summit of the Hahnenmoos Pass before descending back into town. Following check-in for one night, relax in the infinity pool or get a massage before our final group dinner this evening.
September 22 - Morning Hike or Mountain Bike Ride / Afternoon Transfer to Zurich.
Spend your final morning in the Swiss Alps with a variety of options at your disposal! You can visit a cheese dairy, go hiking to the Engstligenfalle, or opt to go mountainbiking or e-biking. Following check-out at 12 noon, we'll return you to Zurich with memories of an amazing Swiss Bliss Adventure!
Tour de France Alps to Paris
Get ready for the ride of a lifetime as you experience the final week of the 2017 Edition of the TDF with a front-row ticket from the heart of the legendary French Alps to the climatic finish in the center of Paris!
Along the way, you'll have a front-row view of all the action in the legendary French Alps as defending champion Chris Froome and Team Sky take on such challengers as Alberto Contador (in perhaps his final Tour), Nairo Quintana and others. Along the way, you'll feel the presence of past champions like Coppi, Bobet, Anquetil, Merckx, Hinault, Lemond, and Indurain as you climb and descend on roads that have been featured in the Tour for decades. In addition, you'll experience all the craziness of the Publicity Caravan, ride through some of France's most beautiful countryside and villages, and feel the heart-pounding action as you cheer on your favorite cyclists as they battle each other for the coveted Yellow Jersey during the final week all the way to the Champs-Elysees!
Following the daily adventures on the road, you can look forward to relaxing each evening in our luxury accommodations where you will be able to re-live the day's events while enjoying delicious French dinners with world-famous wines from the local vineyards. We will meet you at the Lyon St. Exupery Airport at 12 noon before transferring you to the French Alps and our charming 3-star hotel in the village of Les Deux Alpes. Following check-in for the next four nights, build up your bike with the assistance of our professional mechanics or have your rental bike dialed in. This evening, we'll kick off your TDF adventure with our "Welcome Meeting and Dinner."
July 19 - Col de Lautaret and Col de Galibier / TDF Stage 17!
Nothing like starting your vacation in the center of the Tour! Enjoy a serpentine descent from our hotel before beginning the climb to the summit of the Col de Lautaret with the option of the "beyond category" Col de Galibier. Afterwards, you'll witness the TDF live as the Yellow Jersey and the peloton race to the finish in Serre Chevalier. This evening, celebrate your day with a festive dinner on your own in town!
July 20 - Col d'Izoard / TDF Stage 18
Today you will have the opportunity to experience the final mountain stage of this year's TDF on the famous climb of the Col d'Izoard! Today you will feel the presence of past Tour greats Fausto Coppi and Louison Bobet as you make this "beyond category" ascent to the summit and the Casse Desert! Following lunch, get ready to cheer on the Yellow Jersey and your favorites as they battle it out on the last major ascent of this year's race. Following our return to Les Deux Alpes, explore the local brasseries for dinner on your own.
July 21 - L'Alpe d'Huez and the climb to Les Deux Alpes
Today you will have the opportunity to climb the famous 21-hairpins of L'Alpe d'Huez where you'll feel the presence of all the past Tour greats such as Coppi, Merckx, Hinault, Lemond and others! Following lunch at the summit and the return ride to our hotel via the ascent of Les Deux Alpes or a flatter option, catch the live finish of Stage 19 before our group dinner tonight at our favorite Italian restaurant featuring their homemade pizzas, pasta and tiramisu.
July 22 - Transfer to Paris.
Following breakfast with a view of the spectacular Alps before transferring to Paris on the TGV high-speed train to our four-star hotel in Paris located on the finishing circuit for tomorrow's final stage. This evening, explore the "City of Lights" to your hearts content!
July 23 - Tour of Paris / VIP Stage 21 Finale!
We'll begin the day with a morning Tour of Paris Bike Ride including riding the entire final circuit for today's climatic stage. Following breakfast at the hotel, feel free to relax until later this afternoon when we will enter our VIP Viewing Suite overlooking the Rue de Rivoli where you can enjoy the final stage in style! This evening you are free to experience Paris as you wish!
July 24 - Transfer Day or Extend Your Stay.
Enjoy your final breakfast in Paris before a morning transfer to Charles de Gaulle Intl Paris for your return flight home or choose to extend your stay in Paris for a few extra days at our group rate. Otherwise, your trip will end with noon check-out.
Haute Route Dolomites
We are excited to announce our program for the 2017 Haute Route Dolomites Cyclosportive!
Beginning on September 2nd in Innsbruck, Austria, riders will begin a seven-day cycling odyssey over some of the most challenging passes and through the stunning scenery of the majestic Dolomites before arriving into sunny Venice! As an "Official Tour Operator" for the Haute Route Series, we feel that the 2017 Dolomites route offers the best cycling, scenery, and cuisine to insure a truly memorable experience. This is the closest a cyclist can get to riding an European Grand Tour and there is no better setting in which to experience the camaraderie, challenge, and exhilaration than in the Dolomites!
During the course of the week, cyclists will ride 503 miles (812 km) over 7 consecutive timed stages that will feature more than 20,000 meters of climbing over 15 celebrated cols! With a limited field of only 500 riders, guests can look forward to a unique atmosphere of competition and camaraderie. Each day, rider classifications and overall times are posted along with leader jersey presentations, team prizes, and full professional on-road support from Mavic.

August 31 - Welcome to Austria! Following your arrival, check-in to our four-star hotel for the next three nights in the center of charming Innsbruck! Afterwards, our professional mechanics will build up your bike before our "Welcome Dinner" this evening!
September 1 - Haute Route Registration and Riders Meeting. Following breakfast, visit the Haute Route Village where you will pick up your timing chips, attend the Riders Meeting, and shop for souvenirs. In addition, you will want to go on a short spin today to make sure your bike is all ready to go!
September 2 - Stage 1: Innsbruck to Innsbruck.

September 3 - Stage 2: Innsbruck to Valle Isarco.

Etape du Tour
If you have ever wanted to know what it's like to be a cyclist riding a complete mountain stage at the Tour de France, then make your plans today to join us for the 2017 Etape du Tour! We have been offering trips to the Etape du Tour or "Stage of the Tour" since 2005 and, during that time, we have helped hundreds of cyclists reach this "bucket list" dream!
This is without question one of the most challenging goals that a cyclist can set. For 2017, the stage is set in the legendary French Alps where cyclists will ride a 178 km odyssey in an "all or nothing" format that includes such Tour heavyweights as the Col de Vars and the Col d'Izoard! The Etape du Tour requires that you arrive in the fittest shape possible since you will quickly find out that this is not like a Century-ride back home given the intensity of the event and the time checks.
During the course of your vacation, you will be supported by an international bi-lingual staff that has been working together for close to two decades and who have all finished the Etape and know how to guide you through the process. In addition, you'll have the full support of our professional mechanics and you'll benefit from our 2 private aid stations on the day of the Etape du Tour as we assist you in your quest to finish. So come prepared for the most challenging ride of your life and return home a true "Giant of the Road" at the 2017 Etape du Tour!
Non-Riding Guests: For those guests who want to come to the Etape du Tour but aren't riding, you will enjoy our daily cultural excursions with our bi-lingual guide from Provence. Each day includes a full-lineup of sightseeing at the region's finest attractions and includes a daily homemade picnic lunch with wine from our "Martha Stewart of Provence." In addition, you will be on the course at a specific rest stop on the day of the Etape du Tour so you can watch all the action!

July 13 - Welcome to France!
We will meet you at the Lyon Airport at 12 noon and transfer you and your bike to our 4-star luxury hotel in the charming village of Serre Chevalier. in the French Alps! Following our arrival and check-in, our professional mechanics will assist you with the build up of your bike before our "Welcome Meeting and Dinner" this evening.
July 14 - Bastille Day Ride! / Etape du Tour Registration
Enjoy breakfast overlooking the majestic peaks of the Alps before a "Bastille Day" ride on the gentle gradient of the Col de Lautaret with the option of the Col de Galibier. Ride as much or as little as you desire since the goal is to make sure your legs stay loose and your bike is dialed in. Following the descent back to our hotel and lunch, we'll visit the Etape du Tour Village in Briancon to register and shop for souvenirs. Afterwards, relax in the hotel spa or watch the live stage of the Tour on TV before our group dinner and evening fireworks!
July 15 - Taper Ride.
Choose to ride as much or as little as you like today on the "Route de Napoleon" before making final preparations for tomorrow's main event. We''ll have a final Etape briefing this evening before our group dinner.
July 16 - 2017 Etape du Tour!
Following an early breakfast, you'll descend on your bike to Briancon (10 minute ride) for the "Grand Depart" for the 2017 Etape du Tour! Over the course of the next 178 kms, you'll conquer the main mountain stage of this year's Tour de France before finishing atop the Col d'Izoard! Following your descent to Briancon, we'll transfer you back to our hotel where we'll celebrate your achievement this evening with a festive group dinner!
July 17 - Transfer Day.
Enjoy your final breakfast and morning in the French Alps before our transfer to the Grenoble Train Station for drop-off. From here, you can catch a train to Lyon Airport, Paris, Geneva, Nice or Toulouse or rent a car and stay in the area for a few days and watch the Tour and ride some of the Classic Climbs.

Our "Retreat" vacation is an opportunity to settle in for a week and ride to your heart's content each day on a true vacation that follows your pace. Your refuge for the week will be the four-star luxury Hotel Kolfuschgerhof in the village of Colfosco with it's charming Tyrolean-style bedrooms, fabled kitchen and cuisine, spa, pool, and hiking trails that are all managed by the truly hospitable Ebner Family. We have been coming here for ten years and it always feels like being home!

July 3 - Welcome to Italy! Following our meeting at 12 noon, we will transfer you to the spectacular awe-inspiring Dolomites and our four-star luxury hotel, the Kolfuschgerhof, where you will check-in for the next six nights before building up your bike with the assistance of our mechanics. This evening, enjoy a cocktail before our "Welcome Meeting and Dinner."
July 4 - Rina di Marebba Loop.
Following a delicious Tyrolean breakfast and cappuccino overlooking the Dolomites, begin your vacation with a long descent through the stunning Val Badia before riding one of the local's favorite routes to the village of Rina di Marebba. Following lunch in Rina, continue cycling this afternoon on postcard-perfect roads that wind through the massifs of the Dolomites.
July 5 - Passo Gardena and the Passo di Erbe.
Two of the most beautiful climbs in the region are on the menu for today - the Passo Gardena and the Passo di Erbe. Additional highlights of the day include cycling through the magical Val di Funes, one of the Dolomites most photographed areas.
July 6 - Passo Campolongo, Passo Giau, Passo Falzarego, and the Passo Valparola.
Warm up on the climb of the Campolongo before tackling one of the hardest climbs in the area that is regularly featured on the route of the Giro d'Italia, the Passo Giau! Afterwards, you'll climb the Falzarego on your way to the summit of the Passo Valparola before savoring the swift descent back to our hotel.
July 7 - Passo Gardena, Sella, Pordoi, and the Campolongo.
The greatest loop ride in the world is on the menu today, the Sella Ronda! Along the way, you'll feel the presence of the Giro d'Italia and all of its past champions who have raced here, most notably Fausto Coppi!
July 8 - Passo Campolongo, Passo Fedaia (via the Serrai Gorge), Passo Pordoi, and Passo Campolongo.
Our route for today features some of the greatest scenery on the trip as you tackle the Passo Fedaia via the dirt roads of the Serrai Gorge. Afterwards, you'll finish with the Pordoi and Campolongo before relaxing in the spa at our hotel where you can enjoy an optional massage.
July 9 - Tre Cime di Lavaredo.
If there is one climb in the region that stands above the others, it is Tre Cime di Lavaredo! Featured in the classic Giro d'Italia film "Stars and Watercarriers," this is a legendary "beyond category" ascent that hits 18% grade in places. However, the reward at the summit is worth it as you are truly on top of the world! This evening, we'll enjoy a festive "Farewell Dinner" to celebrate your week in the awe-inspiring Dolomites!
July 10 - Morning Transfer to Venice.
Enjoy your final breakfast overlooking the stunning Dolomites before a morning transfer to Marco Polo Intl Airport in Venice. Our estimated arrival time is 12:30 pm.
