Having been selected by
ASO, the organizer's of the Tour de France, as an "Official
Tour Operator" in 2006 due to the quality of our tour programs
in France, Velo Echappe' is uniquely qualified to bring you face-to-face
with the greatest cycling event on the planet in true style. Beginning
with our international staff that have worked together for close
to a decade to our logistical planning to our selection of hotels,
we are here to make your cycling vacation a reality and we work
hard to exceed your expectations. It's for this reason that many
of our guests each year are returning clients and why we've been
featured nationally in The New York Times, Washington

For 2009, we will be at
France's Pro Tour for the entire month of July! Though the official
route announcement isn't until October 22, we have been working
behind-the-scenes and this much is known so far regarding the tours
we will be offering in July 2009:

in France Early Registration for 2009:
The official route of
the 2009 Tour de France will be announced in late October 2008.
For those individuals and groups who would like to register in advance
so as to secure their 2009 spaces, please follow these simple directions:
- Please fill out our online
Reservation Form , check "2009 France's Pro Tour" for your
trip of choice and then click "Submit."
- We will confirm your space within 24 hours along with deposit
payment information.
- All guests, both riding and non-riding, are required to pay
a $1,000.00 deposit to secure their space.
"2 week Free Look
Period" - Upon the finalization of our vacations in early
November, all guests who pre-registered will have a "2 week free
look" period where they can consider the various programs and decide
on the program of their choice. Since they pre-registered, they
will have first choice. If, for any reason, they want to cancel
during this "2 week free look" period, we will refund their entire
$1,000.00 deposit immediately with no questions asked. Thus, there
is no risk of losing money. Following the completion of our "2
week free look" period, normal
cancellation policies go back into place. This has been our
program for the past 10 years with our Tour de France / Etape du
Tour vacations and it's worked out well for everyone involved.
