Following ou rmeeting
at the Santa Barbara Airport, we'll transfer you to the beautiful
village of Cambria on the Central Coast. Following our arrival and
check-in at our 4-star hotel, explore town or hike along the coast
while our professional mechanics build your bike up for you. This
evening, we'll begin the week with a wine tasting and our "Welcome
Meeting / Dinner" at the hotel.
Big Sur Coast
Ride.
Today is your dream ride
along the Big Sur Coast! Following breakfast, ride as much or as
little as you like along the spectacular Big Sur Coast! This afternoon,
get a massage at our hotel or choose the optional visit to nearby
Hearst Castle. Celebrate your day's adventure with dinner in Cambria's
historical center.
Paso Robles Vineyards
Loop.
Today's ride will take
us inland from the coast to the world-class vineyards of Paso Robles.
Following breakfast, we'll ride one of the most serpentine roads
of the week into Paso Robles before cycling past the rolling hills
and vineyards. Enjoy sampling some of the local vintages before
our return to Cambria. We'll enjoy a group dinner this evening to
celebrate our days in Cambria.
Cambria to Avila
Beach.
Departing Cambria in the
morning, we'll ride along the Pacific Ocean on Highway 1 past Cayucos
and Morro Bay before enjoying a picnic lunch overlooking the ocean.
Afterwards, you'll continue cycling through vineyards, fruit orchards,
and rolling farmlands to our 4-star hotel in Avila Beach! Relax
with a massage at the hotel before a dinner of fresh seafood, pasta,
and some Central Coast wine while overlooking the ocean this evening.
Avila Beach to
Solvang / Transfer to Santa Barbara.
Begin your morning with
coffee on the beach before cycling down Highway 1 to the Santa Ynez
Valley and the Danish village of Solvang! We'll celebrate the day's
ride with lunch in this colorful town before transferring to lively
Santa Barbara and our 4-star hotel. This evening, we'll enjoy our
festive "Farewell Dinner" on State Street.
Transfer to Santa
Barbara Airport.
After breakfast, go for
a morning ride along the Pacific Coast or transfer to the Santa
Barbara International Airport for your return flight home. Afternoon
transfers to the airport are also available.
