Itinerary
May 27: Welcome to the Dolomites / Warmup Spin and Welcome Dinner
We will meet you at 10:30 am at our Venice airport hotel and transfer you to the Dolomites and the four-star luxury Hotel Kolfuschgerhof and Spa. Following your arrival and check-in for the next five nights, we will help you assemble your bike or adjust your rental bike. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a short spin before our “Welcome Meeting and Dinner” at the hotel. Ride Preview: 30 minute spin.
May 28: Pieve di Livinallongo Loop with Passo Campolongo
Begin your day with the hotel’s amazing breakfast spread and a cappuccino before beginning your day with a thrilling descent to Corvara. Afterwards, climb through the beautiful switchbacks of the Passo Campolongo before enjoying the serpentine road down to Arrabba. We’ll stop for coffee here and continue riding through the valley to charming Pieve di Livinallongo before cycling back to the hotel. This afternoon, watch the live finish of the Giro’s Stage 18 on TV before a delicious group dinner this evening.

May 29: Giro d’Italia Queen Stage 19 / Passo di Valparola and Passo di Falzarego
Today you will witness all of the passion and excitement of the Giro d’Italia during the climatic “Queen Stage” in the Dolomites on one of our favorite climbs in the region - the Passo di Valparola and the Passo di Falzarego! Our day will begin with breakfast and cappuccinos before we ride up these two climbs with other cyclists from around the world on what will be an action-packed and decisive day at this year’s race. Following lunch, get ready to cheer on the “Maglia Rosa” and the peloton with the “tifosi” as they race over the Falzarego climb before descending to Alleghe. This evening, we’ll celebrate your memorable day at the Giro with a festive group dinner!

May 30: Sella Ronda Loop (Campolongo, Pordoi, Sella, and Gardena climbs)
Your ride today is one you will never forget as you get to ride what many consider the world’s most beautiful loop ride - the Sella Ronda! You will ride as much or as little as you like over the four climbs of the Passo di Camplongo, Passo di Pordoi, Passo di Sella, and the Passo di Gardena! This is an epic dream ride and a true bucket list adventure that you will never forget! This evening, we’ll reward your day with a chef-prepared group dinner of pasta, homemade salads, wine, and tiramisu!
Ride Preview: 53 km with options; 1719 meters of climbing
May 31: Passo Giau
Ride as much or as little as you like today as we visit one of the Giro’s most famous ascents, the mythical Passo Giau! This climb is featured on Friday’s epic stage and is the “Cima Coppi” after being distinguished as the highest peak in the race. Following your effort, savoring your time at the summit before descending into the idyllic Olympic village of Cortina d’Ampezzo where we’ll enjoy lunch. Afterwards, choose to ride back to the hotel in the sag van or challenge yourself on the last two climbs of the trip - the Passo di Valparola and the Passo di Falzarego from the south side. This evening, we’ll celebrate your week at the Giro in the incredible Dolomites with our “Farewell Dinner!”

June 1: Transfer Day to Venice
Relax with breakfast before transferring to Venice’s Marco Polo International Airport. Estimated arrival time at the airport is 2 pm. Please do not book your returning flight before 5 pm. If you need to arrive sooner for personal reasons, please contact us to arrange a personal taxi transfer. Thanks!
