2025 TOUR OF FLANDERS cycling vacation

Itinerary:

April 3: Welcome to Flanders / Welcome Dinner
Following your arrival into Oudenaarde before 3 pm, check-in for the next four nights at the four-star Hotel Leopold, the finest hotel in town. Following check-in, assemble your bike with the assistance of our professional mechanics before enjoying an easy ride through Flanders to loosen up. This evening, we'll enjoy some cocktails and Belgian beers before our "Welcome Meeting and Dinner” at our favorite upscale restaurant in the Flemish countryside.

April 4: Morning Spin / WeRideFlanders Registration and Tour of Flanders Museum Visit
Soak up the atmosphere of Flanders during a morning spin through the Flemish countryside that will get you excited for tomorrow’s challenge. Following lunch, we’ll register for tomorrow’s WeRideFlanders sportive (5 minutes from our hotel) before visiting the Tour of Flanders Museum. Be sure to save space in your suitcase for souvenirs! This evening, enjoy a “pro-style” group dinner at our hotel to prepare for tomorrow’s adventure on the roads of Flanders!

April 5: WeRideFlanders Sportive
In addition to riding the legendary roads of the Tour of Flanders, the next best part of today is that you have no transfers! Start your day with a full-breakfast at our hotel before riding over to the start line of the WeRideFlanders sportive (5 minutes away)! During the course of your adventure, you’ll ride the legendary roads of the Tour of Flanders where you’ll experience such legendary climbs as the Koppenberg, Paterberg, Oude Kwaremont, Taaienberg, and many others before finishing near our hotel! Afterwards, celebrate your accomplishment in the main square with a cold Kwaremont beer before exploring the local brasseries for dinner on your own.

April 6: 2024 Tour of Flanders!
Following breakfast, get ready to cheer on your favorite men and women professional cyclists at the 2024 Tour of Flanders! We’ll see the races at various venues throughout the day, including the Oude Kwaremont, where the race passes three times! This evening, we’ll commemorate the 2024 “De Ronde” champions with our “Farewell Dinner!”

April 7: Flanders Farewell / Transfer Day.
After breakfast, savor one more ride through the Flanders countryside before check-out at 12 noon. Transfer options include transfers to Brussels Intl Airport or departing from the Oudenaarde Station to get a train to Brussels, Paris, or another destination. If you drove your car to the hotel, your trip will conclude with check-out at 12 noon.
